Moving a home from swamp cooling to refrigerated air
Evaporative cooling works well in dry desert heat and loses ground once monsoon humidity arrives. A conversion is more than swapping equipment: the duct system, return air, electrical capacity and the opening left by the old cooler all have to be addressed together.
