JC AC & Heating Service is run by a family, and that shapes how the work gets done. The same people answer the phone, show up at the job and follow up afterward. There is no layer between the customer and the person responsible for the work.

We work on the split systems, package units and evaporative coolers in El Paso homes, and on the rooftop equipment, warehouse cooling, cold rooms and refrigeration that local businesses depend on. Commercial work demands precision with airflow, controls and refrigeration circuits, and that carries over into residential projects.

Responsive service, around the clock

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. HVAC problems in this climate do not wait for business hours, particularly when a commercial cooler is losing temperature or a home has no cooling during a heat wave. How quickly we can get out depends on current demand, and we tell you that honestly rather than promising a window we cannot hold.

Honest communication

We explain what we found, what it means and what the options are. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we say so. If a system is near the end of its life, we say that too, along with what a replacement would actually involve. Customers decide; we give them what they need to decide well.
